My experience with SUZO is the total opposite. I requested a catalogue by mail and got two really nice ones. I have sent several questions to them about their products (mounting questions about the SEGA original ball handle joysticks etc.). I have received high quality answers (polite too) within two or three days. They do accept VISA, even for small orders like mine (tree joysticks, 25 buttons and a trackball). My order is on hold for the moment (because I ordered a red trackball that was out of stock). I was planning to write a summon on this order and SUZO to this board but I wanted to wait until I got my order delivered to ensure that their service was as good even when it comes to shipping. My experience with SUZO this far is very good and I thought that it might be a good alternative to HAPP for us Europeans. They have allot of interesting products (leaf buttons and joysticks etc.) and very competitive prices :)

I will be back with a more detailed report as soon as I get my order delivered so that I can sum up prices, shipping and over all service from SUZO…

: : But there are several UK suppliers that sell at prices below Happ. Try www.suzo.co.uk

: What other UK suppliers are their apart from Suzo

: I personally have had no luck with suzo. They ignore all my emails, were extremelly unhelpful and rude when I phoned them, and will not accept a credit card for small orders.
