Saint, if you want to add this to the faq then by all means do so. I know many people have had questions about getting Nesticle and other emulators working in ArcadeOS so here is a write-up on how to do it.

1) Download ArcadeOS and configure it for use with MAME.

2) Download the console app file zip and the arcade app file zip from http://www.mameworld.net/pc2jamma/downloads.html. Unzip these files to the same directory as ArcadeOS.

3) Download the appropriate emulators and roms to be emulated. The roms do not necessarily have to be placed in the same directory as the emulator UNLESS THE EMULATOR REQUIRES IT. What you need to do is run the emulator first and point the emulator to where the roms are. Once the emulator knows where the roms are then you can leave them there. This is useful in case you want to run separate emulators for the same roms and don't want to duplicate the roms (ie Genecyst and Kgen98). If you have problems you can always put everything in the same directory. Also remember that ArcadeOS can only front-end DOS applications so Windows emulators cannot be used! This means that NeoRageX cannot be used through ArcadeOS. You must use MAME or another DOS emulator to run Neo Geo games.
TIP: Also make sure any files such as Bios, Dos4GW, or DPMI programs are in the same directory as the emulator if needed.

4) Open each app file with Wordpad (or similar program) and list the directory where your emulator is located. This is the first section of the app file.

5) Download the Good Tools from http://www.kinox.org/rca/index.html and have it rename all of your roms to their full descriptive names. You don't have to do this but it makes things much easier which I'll explain later.

6) When you use ArcadeOS now you should be able to switch between emulators and see a list of the roms available. The problem now is that ArcadeOS will only show the first few letters of the names of the games. To fix this you need to write .nms files for all of your emulators. This would take forever, but a person by the name of Empyre has written a program (appropriately named NMSList Creator) that will do the task for you. It is available at http://www.bydo.net. This was the whole reason you want to rename the roms using the Good Tools- because these are the names that will go into the nms files and into ArcadeOS. After running NMSList Creator, make sure the nms files it creates are in the same directory as ArcadeOS and now ArcadeOS should show games with their full names (those created by Good Tools).
TIP: It seems that NMSList Creator is a little limited on how many roms it can handle at once. If it stops before it has renamed all the files to their CRC names (it did this with my Nes roms..2400+ games) just run it again with the remaining roms which will create another nms file (name this one different than the first) and just merge the two nms files by copying and pasting.

That should do it! Hope that helps for all of those that have had questions about running other emus.
