It's actually VERY easy. So easy I kicked myself when I figured it out. Put Nesticle in some directory, point the line in the nesticle.app (or whatever it is called) file to the proper directory for Nesticle. Make sure all your Nesticle ROMs are in the same directory as Nesticle.exe (the place where the .app file points), and it'll just work. I'm working on a standard naming convention for Nesticle ROMs and a rom name file so that the proper names are available under Nesticle. Once it's done I'll post somthing here about it...
