Well, working at Retrogames has meant trying many emus of all sorts, so I have tons installed. But I'm an arcade enthusiast first and foremost, so MAME, Raine and Callus have always been personal faves. Nowadays Advance MAME is my #1 fave - why? Because it gives the most accurate emulation possible with all the cool display tweaking. :)
