The standard 15pin VGA pinout is as follows
1 - Red
2 - Green
3 - Blue
4 - Monitor ID
5 - Ground
6 - Red Ground
7 - Green Ground
8 - Blue Ground
9 - Keyway (No pin)
10 - Sync Ground
11 - Monitor ID
12 - Monitor ID
13 - Horizontal Sync
14 - Verical Sync
15 - Monitor ID
