Joystick/Gamepad-> Mouse + Keyboard

I have a Cobra 2 USB Gamepad, do you know any software that can emulate mouse movement or keyboard keys for this gamepad ( I have windows 98 installed :( ). The programs I used so far are for non-USB gamepad/joystick but they worked anyway. I heard that Cobra (1) Gamepad comes with the software to do just what I want but Creative doesn't supply the download of the files.

If anyone can tell me good software that can do this (without having to pay for it) I would be very thankfull.
