I have a stunrunner so I might be able to answer some questions for you. I'm pretty sure it's low resolution. I think your problem is going to be the pcb's. I've never seen them for sale, I don't think very many of them got converted to other games, so there wouldn't be many available. The yoke looks similar to starwars but it doesn't center, and I'm pretty sure it's optical. As for the body it's wood sides with stickers, with a plastic seat.
