Good luck trying to make a STUN runner cabinet, here is some information which is applicable to some Atari games, not sure if Stun runner applies..

Knowing Atari and the age of it (it came out just before Hard Drivin' and is based on similar hardware).

The board will be dedicated, that means you'll have to make your own wiring loom (thats not too bad, as you'd probably get that with the board), only worry here would be PSU.

Controls defintley Analogue (and knowing Atari) they are going to be fairly custom, I think Hard Drivin' used special turning Potentiometers, I am not sure if this game was Force feedback?

I think this would be fairly hard project, but certianly an ambitious one.
