PC harware FAQ or forum for MAME?

Is there a PC hardware oriented FAQ or forum for MAME anywhere on the net? I would like to find a place where PC hardware and MAME is discussed. I always find myself with questions like, what soundcard would be optimal? Should I use an old SB16 or would PCI be better, but would I then loose sound quality? What video card would be best? What card is best for TV-out, witch card is the best VESA card, PCI or AGP, best support in DOS, best for arcade monitors? Best motherboard, best CPU, best type of memory??? But also answers about why! And finally a discussion around the different versions of MAME (like EMU+, OptiMAME, SiSMAME, Advance MAME, VSyncMAME etc.) and optimal hardware for them…

Anyone know of such a forum?
