Connector Question - KE72

I have limited space for an arcade controller, and I do not want to have to shut down my system to hook/unhook the KE72.

What I would like to do is build the KE72 into a small box that will always be plugged in to the computer. I could then use a quick connect to plug the controller in to the KE72 box.

My problem is what type of connector to use? I only want to use one connection, and it needs to have at least 92 pins to accomodate all of the pins on the KE72 (including the trackball pins). Worst case, I could go with 2 SCSI cables, but I would like to do it with just one connection.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Has anyone tried something similar?
