820's are not a good choice right now. The MTH is error-prone and slow with SDRAM, and Rambus isn't cheap. Rambus also has performance issues with non-sequencial reads due to it's high latency. The BX is still the performance leader in most areas. Asus has a new board - the CUBX (see you BX?:)) that seems to be the best available yet. The downside is the 2xAGP, but if you run the numbers, even the fastest Rambus cannot feed a 4xAGP and the processor at the same time.
Personally, I'm waiting until the first week in June when AMD releases their new chips. After Intel/AMD performance is compared, I'll decide which way to go myself.

: I'd appreciate some feedback on the system I'm speccing out for my new
: PC. I can pretty much adjust any component, so I'm looking for a speedy system with good game play, video editing capability, 3d graphics of course... Comments on these components please?

: ASUS P3C2000 motherboard (intel 820 chipset, 5 PCI, 1 ISA)
: Pentium III Coppermine 600 MHZ
: 128 MB RAM
: Front Side Bus speed 100 Mhz
: UltraDMA66
: Maxtor 13 GB HD
: Video = ATI All-In-Wonder 128 Pro 32 MB (AGP 4)
: Sound = Soundblaster Live Value

: Thanks!
