Wells Gardner vs PC Monitor

Besides the more "arcade feel" what is the primary advantage of the Wells Gardner U3100 (or similar)? The price on a used 19 inch monitor does not seem too unreasonable.
Ps. if anyone wants a used electrohome, I know where you can get one cheap. I am tired of screwing around with it.
