I had tons of problems with my 26" arcade monitor when I first set it up, it takes a long time to sort out which screen modes work without vertical role on your monitor and even longer to change the individual settings for the games to use only these modes, but with a little patience you can find correct non-rolling modes for all games, I think only 3 modes dont work on mine now (ie still role), but there is alternative modes which are the right size for the games which default to these anyway. Basically get it right in most modes then the games which still role change the screen modes on in arcadeos/whatever front end.

: Well, not too sound too whiny, but I am just plain tired of screwing around with my 19inch electrohome arcade monitor. It has an AWESOME picture and I had no problems geting it synched up, but i can not for the life of me get it to stop rolling. It will be rock solid on one game, then when it goes to a new "level" the screen rolls. This is actually my second monitor as I took the first one back and got a totally shopped one. I know there are guys (Salty, etc) who this has worked well for, but I am at the end of my rope.
: I am a stones throw away from plunking down the cash for a Wells Gardner.
: Anyway, I guess I vented enough.
