ARCADEOS ... Monitor woes (ELECTROHOME)

Well, not too sound too whiny, but I am just plain tired of screwing around with my 19inch electrohome arcade monitor. It has an AWESOME picture and I had no problems geting it synched up, but i can not for the life of me get it to stop rolling. It will be rock solid on one game, then when it goes to a new "level" the screen rolls. This is actually my second monitor as I took the first one back and got a totally shopped one. I know there are guys (Salty, etc) who this has worked well for, but I am at the end of my rope.
I am a stones throw away from plunking down the cash for a Wells Gardner.
Anyway, I guess I vented enough.
