Look for a book on electronic projects, there should be at least one project detailing how to make a mono amp, and the parts needed.

: Any help or direction would be appreciated. From what I already know, the pcb outputs an unamplified mono signal, thus requireing a one channel amp. How do I achieve this in my jamma cab? I would guess that the Nintendo cab itself is somewhat similar to the R-type cab, in that the cabinet itself is where the amp is located, not on the pcb. Can I get sound out of the pcb? Thanks
