Hello, I just started finding out about this whole thing yesterday. I am very interested in setting up my own MAME arcade. In my garage we have 4 arcade cabinets, I think only 1 works(and its some stupid car game where you jump up and stuff). I want to use one of the cabinets for a MAME arcade. I am just for some help/tips on where to start. I figure I will need to buy a motherboard/processor/ram/video card/sound card. The cabinets have a 1 player setup with 1 joystick 2 buttons and the 1 or 2 player select buttons. I think I will need alot more buttons than that, also I want to 2 player setups. I see alot of peopel just using a normal computer monitor, is there a way to use the screen that is already in the cabinet? Any help you guys can give me to help me start out would be very much appreciated. Thank you very much.
