I haven't put T-molding on my control panel yet, but I am planning on using a router with a 1/16" slot-cutting bit to make the groove. I've been assuming that the molding will fit tight enough that no glue will be required.
I'll add a question of my own here. Should I cut a section of the molding insert off for sharp bends? It seems that the insert would bunch up otherwise.
