This past week has been a flurry of updates... There have been many versions in my MAME folder lately.... I do not use the DOS version of MAME but I believe that using the EMU+ stuff for the DOS MAME will get you the same results... I believe the Official version (the one with Overclocking and Save States & Marquees etc.. MAME+0.37B2 Lang) cannot do the NOTs. I "think" I unsuccessfully tried with it. Try the EMU+ stuff and different versions.. one of em's gotta work.
