You should check out the X-10 MP3 Anywhere wireless transmitter/receiver from www.x-10.com. I have the transmitter connected to my ArcadePC in one room and the receiver connected to my stereo system in the living room. It uses the 2.4Ghz range so there is no interference. It also comes with a universal remote and a RF receiver for the remote that plugs into a serial port on your computer. You run their software in the background and can control media programs like Winamp from any room in the house with the remote!
