I am in the process of making a MAME cabinet. After testing the cabinet out with my playstation, I realized that I wanted to use my playstation in this cabinet with the arcade control that I will use for MAME. Does anybody have any suggestions how I could do this?
I was thinking of wiring up the MAME controls with a keyboard hack and at the same time running the control wires up to two hacked playstation controls that go to the playstation. The only problem that I see here is that I need a way of electricaly seperating the playstaion controls from the Mame controls. (I don't want to fry my motherboard!
Is there any kind of a/b box that can do this?
