I've got a ArcadePC on the way and am putting a dedicated machine in it. I'll be running Windows 98 and Mame32. Here are some questions.

What has the biggest impact; CPU, RAM, or Video Card?

If you were building a machine for MAME32 use only, what components would you use?

Here's what I've been thinking about:
Asus K7V w/o Audio Motherboard
AMD Athlon 550 MHZ
64 MB of PC133 RAM
Maxtor DiamondMax 30.0GB Ultra DMA/66 IDE Hard Drive, 2MB Cache, 9.0ms access time, 7200 rpm

The really big question mark is the card.
TNT2
TNT2 Ultra
GeForce
GeForce2

Thanks for the advice.
