In Mame, you can adjust the H and V sync values for each resolution independently. I found that I needed to 'dial' in almost every resolution for my cab (although if you have 320x240, 244x288, and 640x480, that allows play of 95% of the games...). I found that adjusting the values upwards by one value at a time was the best way to start. It was rare that the values needed to be tuned downwards, or in great leaps. That might have just been the case for me, though.

: Most games work fine on my arcade monitor but some are squished or are doubled and a lot roll vertically. How do I fix this. I hate to have to screw around with my monitor every time to get a game to come in right. What are the settings that I should be concerned with? I'm running ArcadeOS so which settings should I adjust or is there something I can do to fix it entirely.
