HAPP Trackball, active low or active high?

Hi, I know that there are both active low and active high trackballs (arcade controls use to be active low I think, but you never know). Just wondering if any one has measured a trackball from HAPP (I don't have access to one). All other electrical data about this trackball that might be usable seen from an interface perspective would also be great!
