Get someone with windows 95osr2 or windows 98 to create a rescue disk and boot from this on your mame box, boot from the rescue disk and type fdisk, select enable large harddisk support, within fdisk create one the primary partition (delete it first if you have created it already), tell it to use all available space which will make the primary partition the full 4.3 gig. Set the partition as the active partition if it isnt already (if it isnt a warning should be on the bottom of the screen).

exit fdisk when it has finished and reboot of the rescue disk again, now type format c: /s
that should now give you a win95osr2/98 bootable harddisk with 4.3gig :)
