I guess maybe you should just partion it, use the DOS utility called FDISK and make a primary partion of 2 GB and then divided the space for Drive D: and Drive E: (Extended Drives)
You could have one Drive soley for your Roms..
Well thats what I'd probably do, save the hassel of using FAT32 Win95/98 DOS.
