Hey LuSid, just wanted to tell you what a nice cab I think you have. Of all the ones on the examples page yours has stuck out to me as the best. I love how your control panel is laid out and the cab looks very professional. Job well done!
Saint, I know this idea may sound a little wacky but as the number of cabs on this page grow and grow its hard to find the ones that really stand out to look at for ideas. I think a really cool addition to this site would be say either a top 10 or top 25 cabinets list. This would be really cool. People who submit cabs to your site would have to tell you all the features about their cabs and provide pictures as well. I think this would be great as well for the friendly little competition aspect of it. Ratings could break down into the following categories.
Features: (ie. controls, size of monitor)
Authenticity: (Arcade monitor, real coin mechs, side art, marquee, etc.)
Finish: Does it look really nice or is it akward?
Cost: (this includes pc costs and everything. Extremely high costing machines with lower ranking in this category)
Tell me what you think. Basically I just think a ranking system would be cool for the cabs. A top 10 or 25 would be really neat. How you did it would be up to you, the categories are just a suggestion.
