This is simple. Original arcade spinners wernt as sensative as a mouse. Mame is geared twords these original controls.
In order to use the mouse correctly, you must lower the analog sensativitys, and the Key speed. Press tab durring mame, and goto analog section.
Saint, you may want to add this solution somewhere as its a common one :)
