The .32 is close to a computer monitor's dot pitch. They are usually .26 or so. This means that you would get a crisper image for reading small fonts and such. The .7 is closer to an arcade monitor or a television set. They are usually in the .82 range.
This means that your .7 will kick butt for playing mame, but you will not be able to navigate windows unless the font is really big. Got it? ;>
