In dos you can use the genius mouse driver or the ctmouse driver from. optimame/emu+
In windows. Mame32 will work with the latest less drivers. For mame dos in a winndows dosbox use the older les2.3 and map the spinner to the mouse x-as. Set the mode to steering, sensitivity high and deadzone low.
After that adjust the sensitivity after your likings in mame's tab menu.
It will work with any game that uses the mouse. The control is very good.
