I've been looking for one of these, who actually makes one any more, last one i saw that would allow you to specify irq's for the pci slots was a socket 7 mb, and i've not used a socket 7 mb in over a year.

: Also, try to get a mainboard that allows you to specify IRQ assignments for each of the PCI slots in the BIOS. It will save you a lot of "The resource stting cannot be modified" problems later.
