Fist of all, you probably should not go with the Intel 820 chipset. It is reported to have a lot of problems. (see http://www.zdnet.com/pcweek/stories/news/0,4153,2531616,00.html for details).

Second, you may want to consider a 30GB hard drive. Taking it up from a 20 will only raise the price around $60 or so, and if you are going to do a lot of video editing it will be well worth it. Also, go with a 7200RPM, ATA66 drive to maximize speeds. A SCSI drive would be faster, but would come in around $200 more.

Finally, check out the nVidia geForce 2 video card. It has been rated the best card available for both 3D and 2D performance, and is capable of doing some video editing. While a bit pricey, it is definitely top-of-the-line.
