Just thought I'd announce to all of those that weren't in the chat last night, that my project is up and running. I hooked it all up and it came up. Had to do some resoldering upon which I burnt my finger while in the chat at the same time. All is good now. All I have to do now is start downloading all of the roms and then make my cab more asthetically appealing. I think I'm going to make it look like Altered Beast because I think that's a very fitting name. Not sure yet though. I could not figure out what wires went to which pins on the video cable so I soldered every single wire individually to the pins. What a pain! Took about 3 hours. I cannot believe I didn't create any shorts across pins. I'M SO EXCITED THAT THING ACTUALLY WORKS. SAINT, GIVE ME A FEW WEEKS TO GET SOME PICTURES DEVELOPED AND SCANNED AND THEN YOU'LL BE ADDING YET ANOTHER PROJECT TO THIS SITE. Currently my cab is PC2Jamma but is also 6 buttons per player. I just wired the 5 and 6 buttons straight to the I-PAC encoder. The thing is great and costs half as much as a Hagstrom. Thanks to Andy Warne. I want to thank everyone else at this time for their help. There is no way in the worls I could do this alone. More to come!
