I'd go with Athlon and the v770 TNT2 Ultra video card unless you need all of the options that the All in Wonder has.

: Can someone suggest a set of decent speakers? I chose the video board because it seems to be a decent jack of all trades -- other video boards are better at video editing or at 3d, but none of them seem to do it all like the ATI... Am I right on that?
