: hi guys
: just purchased myself a very good jamma cabinet today in great working condition. i was just wondering about connecting the video card up as i dont have jamma finger board i was thinking of a way around this so i still could use it for pc and boards.
: on the interface that connects to the boards i was going to cut the neccesary wires and put a plug on each end. Then make my vga cable and attach a plug so i could switch between jamma and pc.
: does this sound alright i think i could do the controls like this to.
: this way was suggested from the person i bought it off.
I'm sure that would work, but it's pretty easy to make your own fingerboard. Get PCB etching supplies and a double-sided copper-clad blank from Radio Shack. The blank I got was the same width as a fingerboard. Just draw the lines and etch away.
