You must have also the files:
CWSDPMI.exe and DOS4GW.exe
inside the Arcadeos DIR
Be sure to have it before to launch in pure DOS.
And be with the prompt of DOS INSIDE
the DIR Arcadeos before to give the command
ARCADEOS.exe
I don't know more....or give me mor info of the error what you can read!!!
