Yep Solution is to adjust the vertical hold on the back of your monitor when inside the games so that its dosnt roll, then go back into arcadeos, this bits a bit tricky but theres an option in the arcade os message menu to change the vertical sync altering this will allow you to then get a stable picture in arcadeos, but altering it can be hard as the picture is rolling at the time, it is possible though, i memorised the key presses to get to that menu item and then just hit enter to toggle it when it was there. Mine did exactly the same at first, but now its great :)

: Well,
: After much help from MR> SALTY, I finally attatched the cable to my monitor tonight. It actually ran on my second try. A few minutes later it was running ARCADEOS and I centered the screen. The only problem (although the colors look like crap) is that when it switches from the ARCADEOS frontend to the MAME game, the picture starts rolling. When it switches back, the rolling stops. Anyone have any ideas?
: Thanks alot.
