No, I just decided to keep in touch continuously and pressure him 1 on 1. Eventually, I responded to Chads post and listed the facts as I saw them. I wanted to make sure that I did not upset him too much, on the off chance he was deranged, had multiple personalities or whatever, I wanted to maximize the chance that I would get a refund.
I was encouraged that Jeff never completely disappeared, he would always resurface. Perhaps not when I wished he would, but eventually he was there.
Finally, I knew that if I ever decided to make an example of him and take this to court that I had enough emails to cruxify him.
But,
I waited
and
I waited.
I did receive the check as I posted a week ago. I deposited it on Saturday. As soon as it clears, I will post again (later this week).
If it doesn't clear, California has a 3x damages law (or was it 5x) and I will nail him to the wall.
