The hotrod is a great CP.....overall I am very happy with it. However, my first panel was damaged in shipping (UPS said it was due to poor packaging and refused the claim). The net result was that I paid an extra $15 for fast shipping and recieved standard ground shipping instead. I asked for a refund of this as I did not recieve what I paid for - but they said "We will be unable to refund the shipping fee because UPS denied our claim for poor packaging". I suppose I should be glad that the CP actually arrived at all considering some of the threads on this board.
I would not recommend having anything to do with custom arcade based on my personal experience with Ray Iddings. Seems like a nice guy, but he has disappeared without a trace, and communication was poor.
As always .... let the buyer beware....
