From "Arcade 2000, Inc." on March 1, 2000:

You got the loan around March 1st to "cover refunds" for Ken and me.

From "Arcade2000" on March 28, 2000:

Discovered you needed my mailing address again on March 28. You acknowleged
the receipt of it the following day.

I get no check and no responses to any emails for the next 3 weeks.
Although you claim you're not "a one man operation", you don't have enough
staff to check the company email address once in a while and you are
incapable of working a yahoo.com email account (which doesn't require any
configuration of a local machine -- you can check it instantly from any
browser, firewall or not).

From "Arcade 2000" on April 23, 2000:

Rediscovered that I haven't been paid April 23, promised to send "next
week". If you "discovered" that the check hadn't been mailed out,
then you still have the balance to cover it (or were you expecting it to
bounce?)

So the loan you got in the beginning of March to "cover refunds" for Ken and
me is going "in fourteen different directions" but not to me. And "Kem"
got a post-dated check, we haven't heard yet if it cleared.

I count each time you promised to send me a check "in the next few days"
and then didn't as another lie. You did the same thing 7 months ago with
the delivery of the cabinet, promising that it was done and about to be
shipped for over 8 weeks past your "guaranteed" date.

And I apologize to other readers for posting here, but I wanted to ensure
that other gamers that might get involved with Kemper understood how he
does "business".

Let my ship on the rocks be a lighthouse to the sea.
