Nope. Per the instructions. I also swapped them though and it was still messed up.

MAME OFF (temporarily)

: : I finally received my new trackball and got it hooked up. On the trackball is an arrow pointing with monitor by it, meaning the trackball should be positioned so it has the arrow pointing towards the monitor. For me to get it to work, I had to rotate the trackball so the arrow points to the right. Is this typical or is something wrong?

: It sounds to me like you have the X and Y axis connections switched around. Switch the plugs and give it a try... I had some problems with a cable I made myself to interface between the KE72-T and the trackball. I'm not quite sure what was causing the problem, but it appeared to be that the pinouts on the KE72-T manual were mislabeled, but it was very late at night so I don't remember.
