Proper Card for RGB Out at Arcade Res's

I saw that the arcade machine that was being produced for arcades that had an emulator inside was powered by an Aardvark card, does anyone know if its affordable too buy & his win32 drivers? Any more info about this card or ones like it would be very much appreciated.
