Well, a good starting point is to run 720 and set your sensitivity so that you get 1 complete turn of the skateboarder for 1 complete turn of the spinner knob.
This sensitivity setting will be very close for all other games (Tron, Warlords, Arkanoid) - with the exception of the driving games.
