You can bypass the OK screen by doing a quick left and right with the arrow keys using a standard compile of MAME. I suspect those of us with cabinets have joystick mapped to those keys, right?

: take a few minutes to remember the work the mame team have put into it and bear in mind that this isnt something that should be distributed as people may forget the people who deserve the credit for our/there enjoyment. Im sure all the regular people have the ok screen etched perm on there minds that is why I dont mind sending you guys it. I will send the exe to all who reply within the next 18 hours, I will not send it again after that for the simple reason its quite a big exe and im not sending it multiple times :)
