:How did you guys wire the LP24? Did you skip the first two ground pins then make the next to the grounds A & B? Then continue CC, DD, EE, etc?

: Your problem could be one of two things. Either you have a problem with wiring, or the programming could be incorrect.

: First verify your programming with the software that came with the LP24. Then check each button or joystick position - one at a time. It would be beneficial to have an ohm meter to assure that your connections are correct.

: Another reply to your message said he doesn't suggest that you daisy chain the "A" and "B" grounds -- I dissagree. That is the only way I've done it and have 3 control panels.

: : Hi Guys-
: : I bought a LP24 and I hooked it up with the help of the diagram from this site for the two 8-ways with 6 buttons each and all of the MAME default keys, but only some of the keys work and the ones that do work are not mapped correctly to the buttons. I did daisy chanin the grounds for the "A" row in serial and also the "B" row grounds. Is this the problem? Do I have to take one wire each for the common to a terminal strip and then one wire to the "A & B" row wires? Please let me know because I am going crazy tring looking at my controller and not being able to use it :-( Thanks
