The rotary joysticks from Happs have the same interface as their trackwheels, and track balls. There are a few ways to connect them to your PC, but the only one that I know will go to a PS/2 port is the Hagstrom KE72-T.
Happs also has interfaces that will go to the USB port, and to the serial port. However, they are a bit pricey.
