I had an idea:

You know those furniture kits you purchase and put together at home (like computer desks, etc.)? How come anybody hasn't used that idea for arcade cabinets? All of the pre-cut, pre-drilled pieces are in a box, and all the end user has to do is put it together (with instructions) and stain/paint it.

I'm sure that would take off, no?
