What does the chip do? According to the sheet they sent me, I just merely hook a resistor in line with the LED.

Should I call and ask for a different page than the one that came with it regarding the LED's? Mine doesn't mention a chip...

- The 7407 Chip is a hardware driver - instead of the software driver they mentioned on their spec sheet (n/t) PacFan 4/27/2000 (0)
