Just a four-way rotary switch in a metal box used to connect multiple printers to a single computer or vice versa. You should be able to find at most any computer supply house. I used this one becasue it's what I had, but something like a 9-pin ABCD might be better as they have fewer terminals to contend with. But any 4 position (or as many positions as you have need for) switch with enough terminals would have worked, it doesn't have to have anything to do with printers. I just took the switch out of the housing and mounted it in my control, connected the common pole of the switch to my interface, and the other four poles to each of my optical devices.
