I had the same problem. I then sent email via their website and the site said the email was received. I got no reply after several attempts. As a matter of fact, I have contacted several companies about their controller products and not one replied back to me. That's when I decided that I will just build my own. :-) I ordered the parts today and am looking forward to getting started. I'm not much of a wood craftsman so I will go slow and hopefully I won't ruin too much wood before it's all over. -Tom A.
