No I haven't used the LM1881. I do have one, but I don't think it's nesessary because it syncs in the first place. If it hadn't synced in the first place, I would agreed on that one. I've got a couple of other Hantarex monitors, and I don't need the syncseparator there. If you or anyone else think it's a good idea to use the LM1881 please let me know. PS, nice if you can give me a little explaination aswell.
Yes, I've tweaked myself to death... ;) with H and V hold, with same result. Good the first min or two, then...out of sync.
: are you using a LM1881 to strip sync out of the composite video from the PSX? Have you tried the knobs on the back of the monitor, most monitors have a sync knob.

: : I've go myself a "new" WG, actually it's 10 years old. Anyway, I can't manage to sync the picture from psx. Actully it does sync for about a min or two, then it starts to get black in the middle of the screen, and after another min, the picture is completly out of sync. The connector at the monitor has +H -H +V -V. The monitor was earlier connected to a jamma with both -V -h tied together. I've tried with both -V and -H but with same result. Also tried several "make no sense" connections, no good. Suggestions anyone, or is it broken ?
